110 Metal Etch is a 1K epoxy modified PVB primer designed to provide excellent adhesion to all common metal substrates, whilst providing significant anti-corrosive properties. It can also be used on previously painted surfaces in a sound condition.
Substrates
• Mild steel surfaces
• Aluminium, Chrome, Brass, Copper
• Stainless steel grade 316
• Galvanised steel, Zincalume, Zincanneal
• Glass reinforced polyester (GRP & general types of fibreglass body parts)
• Sound existing coatings
• Can be used also as a weld through primer
Properties
• Chromate free
• Two in one (etch and primer)
• Wet-on-wet application
All surfaces must be thoroughly sanded and cleaned with Concept Wax & Grease Remover prior to application. Lightly rusted surfaces must be treated with Concept 025 Rust Converter.

Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
