A release agent for many composite molding applications utilizing polyester/epoxy tooling, Formica, metal and other hard surface molds.

All mold releases are primarily a number one grade carnauba blend which yield unsurpassed releases. In its raw form, one of the hardest waxes available. Incorporating specific synthetic waxes with high carnauba content offers advantages of excellent chemical and heat resistant properties, high gloss profile and easy polishing characteristics.

Simply wipe on (100, 102 & 104) and allow wax to dry to a haze (5-10 minutes) at room temperature prior to polishing. Excellent ease of wipe for extended time.Our 108 should not be allowed to completely dry before wiping. Polish wipe while wax is still slightly soft or wet. Aids in new tooling break-in with improved bonding and hardness. Excellent for tape adhesion applications including when masking is required for multi-color gelcoats in marine market.

TR-102 REGULAR MOLD RELEASE

Description

A firm carnauba based mold release paste wax blended with other synthetic waxes for use in various thermo-set composite molding applications..

TR-104 HI-TEMP MOLD RELEASE

Description

A firm mold release paste wax based on the highest quality refined Carnauba Wax blended with other high temperature synthetic ingredients and petroleum distillates.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

Ease of application and removal. May be allowed to stand at length and still polish wipe easily
Provides hard film with superior heat and chemical properties
Polishes to high gloss without streaking
Reduced wax build up and styrene accumulation

TR-108 MOLD RELEASE WAX

Description

A versatile high carnauba content mold release paste wax with excellent sealing properties for composite molding applications.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

High carnauba wax content producing hard high gloss film – excellent for breaking in new molds
Non-silicone – good tape adhesion for use where masking is required
Effective in preventing/reducing pre-release on large tools, plugs & heavy laminates
Excellent at eliminating troublesome gel coat fisheyes

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
