Bostik 6303 is a general-purpose hot melt adhesive displaying good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. It is supplied in 12 mm diameter sticks suitable for use in Bostik HG3 and TG4 Hot Melt Glue Guns.

Application Instructions
1.Surfaces to be bonded should be clean, dry and free of loose particles. Wipe plastic and metal surfaces with solvent (e.g. Acetone).
2.Apply adhesive to the more difficult surface to bond – usually smooth surfaces are more difficult to adhere than rough, porous surfaces.
3.Join as quickly as possible for optimum bond strength.
4.Apply firm pressure and do not adjust after contact has been made.
5.If substrates can be pre-warmed e.g. metal surfaces to at least 60ºC – higher bond strengths will be achieved.
6. Do not touch molten adhesive, as temperatures around 200ºC will cause serious burns.
7.Generally hot melts achieve about 50% of their bond strength after 1 minute and 75% strength after 1 hour.

For local orders in and around the Gold Coast we use Aramex Couriers for fast distribution.
For all other deliveries throughout Australia we use Australia Post.
Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
